A NMT, RYT fitness and nutrition educator. Tracy has been working in the field of Health & Wellness throughout New Jersey and New York since 1997. Her passions for all sports and our “neuro-core” has transformed exercise to focus on an approach that enhances alignment and better “brain mapping” to produce healthier movements to be pain free. Tracy endorses the approach that if we move without integrity, we close off a system that enhances repair and recovery. Exercise and movement needs to be thought of as medicine, while reducing joint pain and discomfort. Well versed in all aerobic, flexibility, strength and conditioning exercises, Tracy teaches fun yet challenging means in which to strengthen and build self-confidence resulting in a happier body. “How you live today, matters today.”
CHRISTINE ("DAISIE") STEIGHLER
Fitness and nutrition play a vital role in Daisie’s life. Her passion for fitness started a long time ago, yet her fitness career blossomed after the birth of her son in 2010. Starting as a group fitness instructor (AFAA Group Fitness Instructor), she expanded into personal training within a year. Daisie’s certifications include Zumba, cycling/spinning, Aqua classes, kickboxing and boot camps – she is also a AAAI Master Trainer. The past 3 years she has competed at the bikini and figure levels. Daisie believes that when you combine a healthy diet with a great workout routine, your quality of life increases for the better.
